Health & Welfare Benefits

  • Medical and Dental insurance: GoldTech pays 80% of the employee's premium and 55% of the dependents premiums. This includes vision plans.
  • GoldTech offers tax-deferred dependent care and medical Flexible Spending Account debit card reimbursement plans.
  • Life Insurance: At minimal cost to employees, GoldTech provides Life Insurance at one times annual base salary. Additional life insurance is available for eligible employees and dependents at affordable group rates.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance is provided by GoldTech at minimal cost to employees.
  • The GoldTech 401(k) Plan:
    • GoldTech will match $.25 on the dollar up to 25% of your contribution to the Plan.
    • Employees may participate after one complete year of employment with quarterly enrollment.
    • Employees are fully vested after five full years of employment at 25% per year.

Special Employee Benefits

  • GoldTech provides access to a financial advisor through Ameriprise Financial Advisors for all employees and pays for the initial financial plan for full-time employees
  • GoldTech has partnered to provide discounted services to employees for mortgage service, automobile purchases, and new home purchases

Independent Contractors and Hourly/Exempt status employees are not eligible for health and welfare benefits except 401(k).
